Payment 

Evans Performance Academy accepts cash, check, cashier's check, bank wire transfer, paypal and all major credit cards for forms of payment.  If you have any questions on payment please email jeff@evansperformanceacademy.com to discuss.

In the event that an account is/becomes delinquent or a chargeback occurs, Evans Performance Academy will forward that account into collections. If collections attempts are unsuccessful, Evans Performance Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action. The client agrees to become responsible for not only the original amount of the invoice, but any and all collections or legal fees.

Registration Deadline

Registration for any course will close when all seats are filled, or exactly one week before the scheduled start date of that course.

Cancellation 

In the event that Evans Performance Academy needs to cancel a class, we will offer alternative dates.  If you are unable to attend those dates, we will issue a full refund.  If you decide to withdraw from a class, we would require two week's notice.  In this situation we would issue a 50% total refund.  If you are a no show for a class, there will be no refunds offered. 

Course Transfer 

In the event that you would like to switch the date of the course you are registered for, we would require two week's notice to move you into the same course on a different date with no penalty.  Anything less than two weeks notice would incur a 25% penalty.  Classes can only be rescheduled one time before forfeiting your tuition.  You may also transfer the course once without penalty at least two weeks before original course date.  Example:  

1. You register for AEM EMS training on Jan 1st, but want to switch to Jan 10th date.  This is allowed once without penalty, two weeks prior to Jan 1st.

2. You register for AEM EMS training on Jan 1st, but want to switch to AEM Infinity on Jan 15th. This is allowed once without penalty, two weeks prior to Jan 1st.

 Inclement Weather 

In the event of inclement weather during a scheduled class date we will make every accommodation to hold the class; however, we reserve the right to cancel the class pending severity of the storm.  We would make the decision to cancel 24-48 hours in advance and contact all registered students.  

Indemnification 

Evans Performance Academy makes no guarantees for any students success or failure in EFI tuning.  While we provide a comprehensive course outline covering a wide array of knowledge and concepts, there is no promise expressed or implied.  Students success is based on their own merit and other outside factors.
